Asheville 1998, Then there were only two. . .(and 1/2)
JYH west West Coast JYH
Built from a six cylinder engine, RR rail and assorted junk. Designed and built by Grant Sarver. This low budget machine cost less than $200 to build. The guru says its going to trash itself!
Well, it didn't. But it DID walk all over the parking lot!
JYH prelim drawing East Coast JYH
Built from an auto rear axle, RR rail and assorted junk. Designed and built by Jock Dempsey the anvilfire guru. Cost unknown but its going to have to be cheap! The opposition says the shock linkage wont work.
Well, it WORKED. Not as good as a commercial hammer, but it worked!
How many will there be in Flagstaff this July?
You are invited to build your own JYH and bring it to the ABANA conference this July. Show the world what kind of imaginative inventor you are! All you have to do is show up and pay the regular conference entrance fees.
