ITC 148 Heavy Duty Ceramic Repair
A strong abrasion-resistant compound for repairing areas exposed to harsh environments
and mechanical abuse such as tundish, ladles. troughs, crucibles and door jambs. Use also
on walls and floors that are in contact with molten metals. Excellent for lining these
parts.

Prepare Surface: Apply ITC 100 as a base coat.

Mix: To one gallon of ITC 148 add one pint of ITC 100 to achieve
desired consistency to make it easier to apply.

Apply: Using a spatula or similar tool, fill in the cracks, crevices,
gouges and holes.

Coverage: Depends upon extent of repairs. |
