Feather Hammer by Szymek Żarnowski : Video 2

Forging with Szymek Żarnowski's Hammer. While this is showing reasonably good control on small work for the size of the hammer (50 kg or 110 pounds), it is not showing the kind of work a hammer this size should do. Lack of sound makes it difficult to tell how hard the machine is working.

Note the long treadle motion. This makes the machine difficult to use but could be corrected.

While this hammer appears to be heavily built the anvil is a tank filled with concrete around the support for the upper die.

The builder wishes to sell this machine.
